My favorite jumper in the collection! The Embroidery is absolutely Incredible with cotton as well as some metallic gold threads. The fabric fades into a new section of blue floral fabric. It has been dyed with rich, green, pink, yellow and blue colors.
The fabric is said to be most likely about 75-85 percent silk. Silk thread is often mixed with another type of fabric to add durability.
For reference, the model is 5’3” and about 110lbs. It fits well, however it would be best on someone taller with a bit more curves 😉
Measurements are Approximate:
Armpit to Floor Length: 50”
Pit to pit: 18”
Crotch to floor: 25” (although these jumpers fit very loose, and low in this area)
V neck to crotch: 25”
Straps are adjustable
These garments should be professionally cleaned only, which is the case with many silk items. It is also very important to note that if these garments are washed with other fabrics the dye will transfer and ruin the other items.
Please keep in mind that because of the nature of these garments being up-cycled from various new and vintage fabrics, these garments are delicate and imperfections are inevitable. The embroidery is prone to snagging, and needs to be handled with care.
