Returns

A return request must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery. Return requests outside of the initial 72 hours from delivery will not be accepted.

If a return is accepted buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be postmarked within 48 hours of approval. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation in the first 12 hours after an order has been placed. After the initial 12 hours, cancellation will not be accepted.

Address Changes

Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We can only offer address changes in the first 12 hours after an order has been placed. Please contact us with your order number within 12 hours of your purchase so we can try and facilitate your request. We cannot guarantee that an address change can be facilitated after 12 hours, and are not responsible for lost packages due to customer error.
