Shipping policy

All domestic orders (orders within the United States and it's territories) are shipped exclusively via the United States Postal Service. All shipping prices are calculated by weight based on the shipping address you enter upon checkout. Three methods of shipping are available, First-Class Package, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. Tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. A notice will be sent to you via email when your item has shipped.

Shipping rates are based on weight of the order, shipping region, and shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include handling, and packaging.

All orders require a processing time of 7-10 business days. This does NOT include shipping time. We cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please keep this in mind when buying gifts. 

Please note choosing expedited shipping does NOT affect our processing time.

When your order has shipped you will receive email confirmation and tracking information. Once an item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for issues that may be caused by USPS, including delayed delivery, stolen items, or lost items. We will not refund or replace these items. If your item is lost or stolen please contact your local Post Office and let us know what's happened.

Combined Shipping

Due to the volume of our restocks, we are not able to offer combined shipping. If you checkout with a cart full of 3 pairs all at once, you’ll get a box with all 3 pairs in it. But if you checkout 1 pair at a time 3 times, there will be 3 separate boxes shipped to you.

Trying to combine orders takes literally forever to do, which means it will take us much longer to get all of the packages to USPS. It’s also just a messy process & oftentimes there is room for error and we end up having to pay for shipping costs out of pocket.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation in the first 12 hours after an order has been placed. After the initial 12 hours, cancellation will not be accepted.

Address Changes

Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We can only offer address changes in the first 12 hours after an order has been placed. Please contact us with your order number within 12 hours of your purchase so we can try and facilitate your request. We cannot guarantee that an address change can be facilitated after 12 hours, and are not responsible for lost packages due to customer error.
