My favorite strapless dress in this collection. The tones are absolutely gorgeous, and the material is woven in such a way that delicate feather like designs are revealed, as seen in the last image.
The fabric is said to be most likely about 75-85 percent silk. Silk thread is often mixed with another type of material to add durability.
For reference, the model is 5’3” and about 110lbs.
Measurements are Approximate:
Length from where straps are sewn on, to hem: 50”
Pit to Pit/Maximum width across laying flat: 19”
Draw strings directly under breasts to hem: 39”
These dresses should be professionally cleaned only, which is the case with many silk items. It is also very important to note that if these garments are washed with other fabrics the dye will transfer and ruin the other items.
Please keep in mind that because of the nature of these garments being up-cycled from various new and vintage fabrics, these garments are delicate and imperfections are inevitable.
